A Dinner Party

Tomorrow I am cooking a meal for all at the lab. Because there are so many of us (nine!) it is being hosted at my friends and bosses Dave and Joan’s house. Here’s the menu, it is very English of course:

with

mashed potato and dulse

mint sauce

vegetables

…and for dessert

 Eton Mess
