This was a great pie, the slow cooked mutton...7/10. This was a great pie, the slow cooked mutton was deep and tasty and the sweet flavours rounded it off nicely. I think it could have done with less seville orange rind as this was quite bitter when you got some in the mouth and took away from the other flavours but a great pie i must say and it's always fun to do some douchebag pastry art for the top.
