For us Americans, I think coffee...It was delicious! For us Americans, I think coffee cream must be what we actually call half and half, quite an odd name. I'm going to have to try Charter Pie myself. I think if you can whip up a good crust in no time and without cooking, you can put it on top of just about anything, and be fancy, though of course this delicious chicken was not just about anything.
